YPrime: Delivering resourcefulness that predicts the future
When YPrime was invited to present a breakout lecture at a large pharmaceutical conference, Bespoke Arsenal was called upon to help make it unforgettable. The lecture topic was CSF, or Clinical Supply Forecasting, a critical piece of the pharmaceutical industry’s IRT. Our answer was to thoughtfully craft a speciality advertising item – one we felt would both remind clients of YPrime’s CSF lecture and reiterate the resourceful nature of YPrime’s CSF solution – and leave this item in the chair of each attendee.

The promo item’s setup: The item is boxed and labeled with YPrime’s brand and teaser copy. Messaging outside the box talks about YPrime putting the right tools for Clinical Supply Chain management into the customer's hands. Inside the box, and the recipient sees additional teaser copy and a trackable QR code. The QR code drives to a video that further explains YPrime’s CSF solution.
And the payoff? Also inside the box is a surprise set of YPrime-branded binoculars paired with a Y-Primed branded Victorinox Swiss Army knife (in other words, two high-quality, “right tools” put right in the client’s hands).
When clients reach the CSF landing page, a video immediately pops up, highlighting the benefits of YPrime’s Clinical Supply Forecasting software solution.
This Clinical Supply Forecasting promo item reinforced the message of the importance of CSF, while also serving as a quality takeaway to remind clients of YPrime’s CSF capabilities.
